Yes, if you let us know your requirements we can provide you with a proforma invoice to enable payment, however, please be aware that many of our website prices do include free of charge or discounted items in return for an online order and payment.

We work with clients with varying budgets including charities and not-for-profit organisations.
Just tell us what you need and your budget and we can make recommendations. You might also want to think about ex-display stock, which is heavily discounted.
We do publish standard lead-times and these differ depending on what has been ordered, we can generally supply quicker than standard if required. Please note this may attract an ‘urgent production’ charge.

We offer a comprehensive design service and can support you with your designs from initial concept right through to installation.
No designer? No problem! Our in-house design team can work with you from start to finish to create the artwork for your project.
Colour matching can be carried out on request if we’re provided with colour references or a physical colour proof. Otherwise artwork will be printed exactly as the data provided.
We accept print ready PDFs. Please send artwork directly to the studio, via e-mail, or download the link to our FTP. Get in touch for a username and password. e: artwork@colourstudios.co.uk
We offer replacement banners for all our roller banner stands. This allows you to update your branding without having to buy another stand. This is not only cheaper but better for the environment.Just visit the correct banner stand page and look for the right size in the drop down menu.

You can’t fit a TV directly onto your shell scheme wall but you can purchase a freestanding display solution. This option incorporates a TV screen fitting such as the ISO Frame wave or choose an independent floor standing TV screen stand.
If you’re hiring a shell scheme you might want to check that carpet is included, it usually is. For other types of build we offer a range of printed floor graphics.
Our Recyclable-Displays rigid cardboard furniture is ideal for events, exhibitions and conferences. The cardboard chairs can be sat on and the cardboard tables and shelf units can be used to display products.

Our Flexi Banners and Shell Scheme Posters are lightweight and very easy to transport to events where you have hired a shell scheme. Other options include freestanding lightweight banner stands which come complete with carry case.
Flexi-Banners are a fantastic way to use your designs to bring your shell scheme to life. Made using robust PVC banners they clip directly to the shell scheme between the poles and take one minute each to install.
Shell Scheme posters can be attached to the shell scheme walls so that the poles and beams are still on view.
We recently invested in a JETRIX KX7-D – the only model like it in the South West. The large flat bed printer prints edge to edge in HD and can fit panels up to 3050mm x 2500mm. It’s big! The JETRIX is super speedy and works up to four times the speed of our old flatbed printer. This means improved quality and quick turnaround schedules for our clients. P.S It’s also able to print white ink and has a fine art mode for very detailed work.

We offer an additional installation service on all our display and exhibition projects.
Setting up for an event can be stressful especially if it’s a new venue or you’re using new kit. We can relieve some of this pressure by sending our build team to set up and install your display solution or stand ahead of the event.
Our services cover everything from discussing the brief, through to stand design, project management, graphic design and production, installation and handover on site.
We can take responsibility for the whole process so you are able to concentrate on marketing the event and meeting your clients.
